Responsibilities

We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program will prepare you to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

In this hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also build community relationships to grow your own business.

We will teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience or involvement within the last 5 years in sales, military, athletics/team activities, or academic organizations.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; no more than 2 at-fault accidents or violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
