Responsibilities

In our Management Training program, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program is structured to help you master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and will have opportunities to build community relationships essential for business growth. Training will cover customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or within 1 semester of graduation.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years. Candidates with more than 1 excessive speeding violation (26+ mph over limit) in last 3 years will be disqualified.
  • No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
