TN-Knoxville Sales Management Trainee (HEAR FROM OUR AGENTS!)

Our hybrid business model combines personalized service with a broad product portfolio from top carriers, supporting rapid growth across 175 locations nationwide. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conduct initial client interviews to assess needs and explain insurance options
  • Perform field underwriting with integrity
  • Ensure completion and submission of all necessary forms
  • Arrange payment methods with clients
  • Follow up on claims and policy requests
  • Maintain ongoing support with clients
  • Support team members in achieving KPIs
  • Become an expert in senior insurance solutions
  • Assist in recruiting and training insurance professionals
  • Create a positive, inclusive team environment
