Envases Commerce, LLC is seeking a Sales & Logistics Manager in Waco, TX. You will lead commercial execution, customer fulfillment, and outbound/inbound logistics for a high‑speed beverage can and lid plant.

The role bridges regional brand clients, co-packers, production planning, and third‑party freight networks. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in high-volume packaging, rigid container supply chains, and direct client management to ensure high fill rates, optimized freight

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering).
• 6+ years of combined experience in sales operations, logistics, or supply chain management within high-speed packaging/manufacturing.
• Minimum 2-3 years in direct leadership or supervisory roles managing commercial fulfillment or warehouse/shipping teams.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP strongly preferred) and familiarity with beverage packaging supply chains.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and expand relationships with regional beverage brands, contract packers, and large-scale customers.
• Oversee order-to-cash workflows, invoicing, credit term compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Direct outbound distribution and negotiate contracts with carriers and 3PL providers; optimize freight spend and transit protection.
• Lead monthly S&OP cadence balancing client demand with plant capacity and material supply.
• Monitor inventory, safety stocks, and KPI reporting; drive Lean/Six Sigma improvements to cut costs.
