Job summary

YES Communities in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Sales & Leasing Agent to drive sales and leasing of homes in the community. You will engage prospective residents, coordinate tours, process applications, and liaise with residents and internal teams to ensure a smooth leasing process.

You will collaborate with management to maintain move-in readiness, host open houses, and support community events. A valid in-state license and basic sales experience are preferred; licensing within 90 days may be

Qualifications

• Must have in-state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must obtain state sales licensing within 90 days where applicable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including prospect tracking, tours, applications, third-party communications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through phone, email, social media, and flyers.
• Act as a liaison between applicants and internal teams.
• Collaborate with management to monitor move-in readiness.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and relationships.
• Attend company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Additional duties assigned by management and are subject to change.
