Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales learning delivery and facilitating training using various adult learning methods (classroom, virtual, eLearning, ADDIE).
• 2+ years of selling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, implements, and maintains learning programs aligned with organizational goals and training needs; tracks outcomes.
• Conducts needs analyses and translates business requirements into defined training needs; determines scope, audience, timing, delivery method, and resources.
• Partners with leadership to identify process trends supporting associates and organizational consistency.
• Works with associates and managers to ensure transferred knowledge and skills on the job.
• Reviews, edits, and maintains trainings, SOPs, job aids, and other strategic materials.
• Delivers learning communications, including newsletters, process updates, and technology announcements.
• Creates development standards, processes, and templates for consistent, quality instructional materials.
• Participates in associate trainings as needed.

• Demonstrated success in both content development and delivery for a wide range of audiences from executive to individual contributor in topic areas including but not limited to leadership, business, and professional skills.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Manages the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of learning programs. Tracks employee performance and measures training outcomes.
• Conducts needs analyses and translates business requirements into defined training needs. Determines the scope, audience, timing, delivery method, and resource requirements for trainings.
• Partners with leadership to identify process trends that support associates and drive organizational consistency.
• Works with associates and managers to ensure that learned knowledge and skills are transferred to the job.
• Reviews, edits, and maintains trainings, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other strategic tools and resources.
• Delivers learning communications, including monthly newsletters, process updates, and technology announcements.
• Creates development standards, processes, and templates to produce consistent and quality instructional materials.
• Participates in associate trainings as needed.

Nature and Scope

• Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
• Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
• May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.

Work Environment

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Education and Experience

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
