Job summary

Aderant is seeking an administrator to run sales training programs for its sales trainees and staff in the Atlanta area. The role involves coordinating internal and external lecturers, developing training materials, and acting as an individual contributor to the Learning & Development team.

The ideal candidate will support management in creating comprehensive training plans and manuals, ensuring programs run smoothly and effectively across the organization.

Qualifications

• Administers sales training programs to the organization’s sales trainees and personnel.
• Conducts sale training programs.
• May assist training management in developing sales training programs and plans, including company sales training manual and materials.
• May contact/schedule internal or outside lecturers and sales, technical or product specialists.
• If primary function is external product training, training non-sales incumbents and/or external client training, consult Training - Customer/Technical Training, Learning & Development - Training Instructor roles in non-sales functions.

Responsibilities
