Qualifications

• Backgrounds in banking, financial services, account management, real estate, automotive sales, or related fields.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Professionalism, initiative, communication skills and integrity are valued.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and financial concerns.
• Recommend Medicare, life insurance, annuity, long-term care, and retirement solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships through education, service, and follow-through.
• Develop the skills to mentor other agents and advance into sales management.
