Freedom Insurance Group, powered by American Senior Benefits, is expanding in Fairfield and the Cincinnati area. We are seeking ambitious professionals who want more than a typical sales role, offering mentorship, a broad portfolio of insurance and financial products, and a clear path into leadership.

You will meet with individuals and families, assess needs, and recommend Medicare, life, annuities, and long-term care solutions.

Formación

• Backgrounds in banking, financial services, account management, real estate, automotive sales, or related fields.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Professionalism, initiative, communication skills and integrity are valued.

We are looking for an ambitious professional who wants more than another sales position. What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and financial concerns
• Recommend appropriate Medicare, life insurance, annuity, long-term care, and retirement solutions

• Participate in hands-on insurance sales training and ongoing professional development
• Develop the skills to mentor other agents and advance into sales management

We are especially interested in professionals with backgrounds in banking, financial services, account management, real estate, automotive sales, business development, hospitality, healthcare, or other relationship-driven fields. Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We value professionalism, initiative, communication skills, integrity, and the desire to build something meaningful.
