Qualificações

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A competitive, self-motivated attitude.
• The ability to be coached—and the desire to eventually coach others.
• Professionalism, integrity and a genuine desire to help people.
• Confidence speaking with new people and explaining solutions clearly.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Basic computer skills.
• A Health & Life insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work from our Monroe office as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective clients and identify their insurance and retirement needs.
• Educate clients on available solutions from multiple carriers.
• Develop strong client relationships through follow-up and exceptional customer service.
• Generate new business using company-supported marketing and prospecting resources.
• Learn the fundamentals of sales management, coaching, recruiting and team development.
• Work with leadership to set and achieve individual production and professional-development goals.
• As you progress, begin helping develop and support other sales professionals.
