Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc. (CED) Riverside – RIS is offering a Sales and Business Leadership Trainee program. This hands-on, nationwide training develops candidates across IT/Network, Cyber Security, Automation, AI, Solar, and Sustainability while building core sales and leadership skills.

The program blends on-the-job mentoring with classroom and home-study training. Candidates should be self-motivated, sales-focused, and willing to relocate or travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (grad by start date, or in pursuit for interns)
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to walk and/or sit for 8-10 hours a day
• Lift boxes and other objects up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of the CED business
• Attending classes in various locations
• Communicating – both written and spoken – in English
