Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) offers a Management Training Program to develop future leaders and sales professionals. The program focuses on sales, leadership and hands-on experience across locations.

Training lasts 2–3 years with rotations through warehouse, counter sales, operations, purchasing and project management, plus classes in electrical products, sales and management. Starting locations include Minneapolis, MN, Eau Claire, WI, or La Crosse, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (business preferred) or related experience.
• Current valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship by the employer.
• Ability and willingness to relocate in Minnesota or western Wisconsin during and upon completion of the program.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
