Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) is offering a Sales and Business Leadership Trainee program designed to develop future leaders in industrial sales. The program combines on-the-job mentoring, classroom instruction, and home-study components across warehouse, office, and customer-facing environments.

Participants gain exposure to IT/Network, Cyber Security, Process Automation, and Quality Assurance while developing sales, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress at start date.
• Legal to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to sit/stand for 8–10 hours daily.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business and its operations.
• Attend classes at various locations and participate in training.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
