Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. in Mount Clemens, Michigan, is launching its Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program—a 16-week, hands-on leadership track designed to fast-track customer-service leaders into management.

You’ll work closely with a General Manager, lead daily operations, promote memberships, and build the confidence, judgment, and business sense needed to advance to Assistant General Manager. Employment is contingent on background and MVR checks.

Qualifications

• 16-week hands-on leadership training program.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with Mister Car Wash standards.
• Lead daily operations with a focus on speed, quality, and teamwork to create memorable guest moments.
• Grow sales by promoting Mister’s products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Develop leadership confidence and business acumen during the OLIT program.
