Job summary

Mister Car Wash, Inc. in the United States is launching a hands-on Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program designed to fast-track your leadership career in a fast-paced, people-first service environment.

During 16 weeks you’ll train alongside an experienced General Manager, develop operational excellence, promote our products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and build the confidence to step into an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
