Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) to fast-track your leadership career. Over a focused 16-week training program, you’ll build hands-on operational skills and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced service environment.

You’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager, deliver standout customer experiences, promote products and memberships, and develop the judgment and business acumen needed for a path to Assistant General Manager.

• Leadership experience: at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Love working with people and bringing positivity to interactions.
