Job summary

Mister Car Wash is launching a leadership track through the Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program in Texas. This 16-week training builds hands-on operational skills while developing foundational leadership abilities with mentorship and real-world responsibilities.

You will work with an experienced General Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, lead daily operations, and promote Mister Club memberships as you progress toward an Assistant General Manager role.
