Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service, sales, management, or leadership roles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to learn and operate applicable software systems used in day-to-day operations.
• Read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Learn operations including receiving/shipping, returns, deliveries, and truck maintenance.
• Gain experience in counter sales and assisting customers.
• Participate in pricing, bids, quotes, and procurement tasks.
• Develop relationships with vendors and participate in joint sales calls.
• Engage in career discussions with the Profit Center Manager to choose future path.
