Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is recruiting for a Leadership Development Program Candidate – Sales. This full-time, paid position provides an 18–24 month rotational track across departments to build broad business acumen.

You will explore strengths, rotate through IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Analytics, Sales, Logistics, Operations, Import/Export and Procurement, develop problem-solving and communication skills, and work with mentors to launch a successful career within the company.

Responsibilities

Explore and identify personal strengths and interests through rotational assignments across departments.
Rotate through in-depth assignments in IT, Accounting, Marketing, HR, Analytics, Sales, Logistics, Operations, Import/Export, and Procurement.
Develop high-level contributions by addressing weak spots and adapting to new roles during the 18-24 month program.
Collaborate with experienced mentors and leaders for guidance and support.
Apply problem-solving skills to real-world business challenges and contribute to projects across functions.
