Qualifications

Candidates should be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business-related field.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills are required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Understand the workflow of the NAPA operation at the sales management level and how cross-functional teams work with customers to achieve business success.
Apply leadership skills to improve operational effectiveness by engaging with Leadership, sales teams, and supporting operations.
Identify and explain the business needs of the Customer, DC and Sales groups.
Gain exposure to Sales Effectiveness, Product/Category, and Field Sales teams and how they operate independently and contribute to the organization.
