You will lead training programs, coach new hires, manage client relationships, deliver product presentations, and help optimize the sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Preferred: coaching/mentoring or training experience, open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team toward success.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
• Positive, resilient mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
