Job summary

Provisur Technologies GmbH, a global leader in food processing equipment, seeks a Sales Manager for the Separation Business Unit to drive national growth, lead a high-performing team, and expand opportunities across equipment and aftermarket solutions.

You will partner with senior decision-makers, shape commercial strategy, and ensure seamless customer experiences from initial purchase through installation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business.
• 10+ years of commercial sales experience.
• 1–3 years of direct business or market development experience.
• Food industry experience preferred, particularly with long-cycle or capital equipment sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Account Managers and Customer Service reps.
• Identify and develop opportunities in targeted alternative markets.
• Leverage the Provisur Ingenuity Center for demos and testing.
• Grow strategic Key Accounts with senior-level engagement.
• Coordinate resources to deliver on account strategies.
• Shape commercial strategy for equipment and aftermarket sales.
• Provide timely sales activity updates, forecasts, and expense reporting.
• Ensure seamless customer experience from purchase through installation and acceptance of Provisur equipment.
