American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Miami with LOD shifts and daily store operations. The role focuses on driving killer sales, training and motivating associates, and upholding AEO Brand Standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit and develop talent, provide coaching, and ensure safety and asset protection standards are followed while maintaining a Guest First culture and strong KPI performance.
