Regional Management Corp is seeking an Assistant Manager in Kenosha, WI to drive revenue, expand accounts, and maximize branch performance through proactive lending solutions and exceptional customer service.

You will lead a team, meet targets, and earn based on performance with a monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits. Hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outreach.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
• Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
• Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
