Alfa Laval in the United States seeks a Sales Manager, Fermentation & Biopharma, to lead a high-performing sales team across the US. You will develop and execute strategies for fermentation and biopharma markets, manage key accounts, and partner with Technical Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You have 5+ years in complex technical sales, strong pipeline development, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales, business development, and/or account management.
• Track record of building a pipeline and generating sales growth in a long sales cycle.
• Experience influencing multiple internal stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Prior experience leading a sales team is preferred.
• Competence in separation technology (mechanical, filtration or evaporation) is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
