You will train, motivate and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results and upholding our REAL self values. You’ll lead, coach, and engage the team to maximize KPI performance, manage daily operations, and ensure in-store standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales goals.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Ability to train, motivate and develop store associates.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, upholding AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and develop strong talent to meet business needs and maintain staffing levels.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive performance and engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including merchandising moves and shipment processing.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards in line with company policies.
