Job summary

Mission Filtration in Indianapolis is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to build and grow our local sales team and drive revenue growth. You will land significant accounts, coach two outside reps, and collaborate with leadership to align marketing and product offerings with customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and proven ability to forecast and exceed targets. Travel will be required to engage clients and close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales experience, with proven success in new markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong CRM experience; NetSuite a plus.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Indianapolis metro market.
• Lead and coach a sales team to achieve targets.
• Forecast sales quotas and monitor performance metrics.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
