Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader, this is a Non-Producing Loan Officer who will oversee and operate the Frame Builder business. This role requires deep knowledge of mortgage lending and loan officer workflows, but does not involve personal loan production, transferring an existing book of business, or building an individual pipeline. Instead, the focus is on leadership, execution, and operational management - ensuring the Frame Builder business runs efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. The ideal candidate brings strong loan officer insight, sound judgment, and the ability to manage processes, people, and performance at a business level.

What You'll Do:
  • Provides partnership support to Builders Capital by being the primary contact to Builders Capital’s Loan Officers
  • Ensures seamless communications between Builders Capital’s loan officers, Builder and Frame team
  • Participates in joint Builders Capital LO/Builder meetings
  • Primary contact for all builder partners once Frame’s President closes the deal
  • Ensure builder confidence & partner continuity
  • Knowledgeable of Frame products and pricing advantages
  • Communicates Frame Home Loans Value
  • Support LO's with builder/agent leads
  • Protects relationships in challenging loan situations
  • Bridges communication between builders and internal team
  • Provides scenarios/PA's as needed
  • Provides early visibility into new builder contracts, communities and volume expectations
  • Works with origination support in builder commitments
  • Shares builder timelines, expected release schedules, etc.
  • Supports urgent builder/agent needs
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to serve as a primary point of contact for external partners, including loan officers, builders, and internal production teams
  • Solid understanding of mortgage products, pricing strategies, and competitive value propositions, with the ability to clearly communicate them to partners
  • Track record of driving and managing pipeline volume while providing timely and accurate pipeline updates
  • Ability to identify, flag, and proactively communicate projected volume changes, spikes, and capacity needsExperience handling escalations and navigating challenging loan scenarios while protecting key relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide loan scenarios, pricing adjustments, and pre-approvals as needed
  • Ability to prioritize urgent builder and agent needs in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on partner satisfaction, pipeline growth, and long‑term relationship success
