LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead for our Palm Beach Gardens, FL store. You’ll mentor associates, model outstanding customer service, and partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations. Your focus is on delivering personalized experiences and guiding the team to meet store goals.

This role supports an inclusive, high-energy environment with a strong guest focus. Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, and ensuring brand standards while leveraging omnichannel tools to connect customers

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and guidance to customers.
• Assist store leadership with onboarding and coaching.
• Uphold visual and operational standards for the store.
• Support an omnichannel shopping experience with available tools.
