Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Lead for Ann Taylor at Store 1280-Hilton Head Outlets, Bluffton, SC 29910. Regular/Part time position focused on delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, uphold brand standards, and help drive omnichannel shopping through effective coaching and team leadership. This role emphasizes flexibility, customer focus, and professional growth within our KnFitWell

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and coach associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to run store functions.
• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Step in as manager when needed.
