Job summary

Chico's is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0545-Lincoln Center-Chico's-Stockton, CA 95207 to support leadership and drive a welcoming, customer-centered shopping experience. You will supervise the team, coach peers, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and backroom.

You will lead by example, share product knowledge, and help implement store priorities while maintaining exceptional service and hospitality across channels.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing tasks.
• Lead the sales floor with product knowledge and customer focus.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to the team.
