Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to become a store function expert and step in as manager when needed.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and omnichannel shopping.
