Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Ability to upsell and drive sales while delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process by achieving goals and delivering engaging customer experiences.
• Learn piercing procedures and educate customers on aftercare in a sterile environment.
• Maintain inviting store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support the Store Manager with team motivation and positive energy.
• Represent the brand by staying current with fashion trends and social media.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share looks on social media.
