Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a part-time, non-exempt associate to join our fast-paced retail team. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, upsell must-have accessories, and help manage a clean, organized store environment. Piercing services require training and a focus on safety and aftercare.

You’ll stay on-trend with fashion items, participate in promotions, and collaborate with the team to create an inviting shopping atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, with some leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
• Able to conduct piercings with patience and empathy for customers, including young or anxious ones.
• Proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences and upselling promos.
• Join piercing experts through training; conduct piercings and aftercare education.
• Maintain an Insta-worthy store with great displays and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Showcase Claire's products and stay aligned with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and promotions.
