Job summary

Claire’s is seeking a Part-Time Manager to lead in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer service while representing the Claire’s brand.

You will manage store operations, assist with merchandising, and engage customers in trending accessories and piercing services. Prior retail leadership and POS experience are preferred to help create a fun, welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school completion with at least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with willingness to lead a team.
• Ability to operate a POS system and manage cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by delivering strong customer experiences and upselling promos.
• Guide customers through piercing services with a focus on safety and aftercare.
• Maintain attractive store displays, organized inventory and easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand and stay current with fashion trends to boost sales.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.
