Responsibilities include training on piercings, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and coordinating promotions to maximize revenue. Previous retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.

• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Comfort with merchandising and promo execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: deliver exceptional customer experiences, upsell must-have accessories, and promote promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing training and customer education; maintain sterile environment and address questions.
• Keep store display-ready and organized for easy shopping.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate the team and share sales tips.
• Represent the Claire's brand by staying current with fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Oversee store operations including inventory, cash handling, and promotional activities.
