Pay Class: Part Time

Pay: $12.82 - 17.29 per hour

The Role: A Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best journey for patients and customers. They are trained in optics, products/services, and managed vision care, and have at least 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification. They also maintain state licensing requirements as needed.

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring excellent customer/patient experience
• Engage with customers and recommend suitable products/services
• Measure and troubleshoot eyewear needs, maintaining product knowledge through ongoing training
• Support store operations, including opening and closing, in lead positions

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Maintain optician license per state guidelines, if applicable
