Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Spring, TX to be the face of the brand and guide customers through an exceptional eyewear journey.

You will drive sales, assist patients, and maintain product knowledge while supporting store operations and daily goals. ABO certification can substitute for experience; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other)
• ABO Certification can substitute for experience
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals via the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients and recommend eyewear products/services
• Ensure eyewear measurements and knowledge are up-to-date through training
• Support store operations: restock, merchandising, order fulfillment

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay Rate: $11.86 - 16.01 per hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Execute day-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
