Fabletics in Dallas, Northpark Center, is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead to deliver best-in-class customer experiences, lead a team, and bridge online and in-store shopping. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires high energy, strong communication, and passion for active lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities include educating customers on fabrics and product features, driving engagement, training teammates, achieving sales goals, and maintaining merchandising standards while coordinating

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail experience.
• Knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function helpful.
• Ability to lead and train teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience and drive engagement.
• Provide training and feedback on performance.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Coordinate inventory and training with Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and visual standards.
