You will maintain product knowledge, support store operations, and coach staff to meet sales goals while delivering an engaging brand experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and coach a team.
• Track record of contributing to sales and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as a role model by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Assist in training and developing team members, providing coaching and support.
• Help drive store performance by identifying customer needs and delivering personalized styling.
• Maintain deep knowledge of J.Jill products to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and address challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Navigate various communication settings across organizational levels.
• Perform additional responsibilities to help the store be successful.
