• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and inclusive store environment; coach and supervise associates.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision of the team.
• Occasionally assume store responsibility in the absence of a manager; cover breaks or opening/closing.
• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
