Mr. Plumber, in partnership with Home Depot, is seeking a confident Sales Lead Generator to engage shoppers with our water treatment options inside the store.

You’ll earn industry-leading pay at $20+ per hour plus commission, benefits, and opportunities to grow with a company that values energy, great communication, and clear next steps.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-store conversations.
• Comfortable in a retail environment and interacting with customers.
• Reliable and able to stand/walk 4–8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Work from inside Home Depot; no door knocking.
