Job summary

CoolToday is seeking a Sales Lead Generator in Estero/Ft. Myers to identify and engage potential Home Depot customers within the store, drive HVAC service appointments, and build partnerships with store staff.

You will represent a growing Florida leader in heating and cooling while earning hourly pay plus commissions. Ideal candidates are energetic, people-oriented, and comfortable with in-store conversations, with the ability to move conversations toward appointments and targets.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and energetic with a preference for face-to-face interaction.
• Self-starter with a result-driven disposition.
• Able to stand and walk 4-8 hours and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain the HVAC Kiosk/Display/End Cap within Home Depot to communicate benefits of HVAC products and services.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers and schedule sales appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and management while working in the store.
• Educate about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Meet program KPIs and attend required meetings and training.

As a member of the team in the Lead Generator position, you will identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue. The goal is to schedule customers for Heating and Cooling service appointments offered by Wrench Group.

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve to specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
