Job summary

CoolToday is actively seeking Sales Lead Generators to partner with Home Depot in Naples, FL. The role offers $20 per hour plus commission, a robust benefits package, and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

You will engage customers in-store, qualify prospects, and schedule HVAC service appointments through the Home Depot channel. This is a full-time, on-site position with growth potential and a strong emphasis on team success.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is a plus and helpful for success.
• Strong in-person communication and a friendly, engaging manner.
• Ability to identify potential customers and book appointments.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance to support the company’s image with Home Depot.
• Maintain HVAC kiosk/display to communicate benefits of HVAC products/services.
• Initiate conversations with shoppers and qualify potential buyers.
• Schedule sales appointments with interested customers.
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff and management in-store.
• Educate customers about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers/staff.
• Hit program KPIs and attend required meetings.

As a member of the team in the Lead Generator position, you will identify potential customers through open, friendly, and engaging dialogue. The goal is to schedule customers for Heating and Cooling service appointments offered by Wrench Group.

What Will I Do?

• Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.
• Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot.
• Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
• Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.
• Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store.
• Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
• Achieve to specified program KPIs and goals.
• Attend required meetings and training courses.
