CoolToday in Orlando is hiring Sales Lead Generators to greet customers at partner stores and drive appointments for estimates. The role offers $20.00/hr plus commissions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience is highly desired but not required.
• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays.
• Able to stand/walk or sit for 4–8 hours at a time.
• Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated with strong communication.
• Reliable transportation and ability to use email/text on a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers approaching the display to spark interest in the company’s products and services.
• Walk stores engaging customers about home service needs.
• Explain features/benefits and gather information about customer needs.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership and participate in monthly meetings.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
