Job summary

QVC Group is hiring a Sales Associate for our Roswell, GA location. You will deliver an inspiring guest experience, meet sales goals, and handle daily store operations. Role requires standing and light lifting, and cash handling experience.

Onsite position with store hours and a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in specialty retail and comfort using Word, Excel, Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel (complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos and POS systems; cash handling required.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales targets daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized and easy to shop.
• Deliver excellent guest service with knowledge and efficiency.
• Educate guests on Ballard Designs products and services.

As Sales Associate, you will embrace and promote the Ballard brand delivering an outstanding guest experience and performing operational responsibilities to increase sales and deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guest feels inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will report to the Store Leader.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Roswell, GA location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Store Hours Monday-Saturday 10am- 6pm and Sundays 12pm-6pm.

What You'll Do

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the store
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members
• Provide guests with accurate and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Ballard Designs

What You'll Bring
