Job summary

Leland in Utah is seeking a driven sales professional to scale consumer sales, manage the entire process from sign up to purchase for thousands of customers, and join a well-funded startup.

You will develop knowledge of 30+ coaching categories, build trust with clients, create playbooks and trainings, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Sales experience and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to be scrappy and dive into the weeds.
• Knowledge of IB/VC/PE recruiting or graduate school applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from sign up to purchase for thousands of customers.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through proactive outbound and inbound sales.
• Develop and refine sales playbooks and training materials.
• Build a strong pipeline via outreach and marketing channels.
• Identify the right offerings for clients across coaching categories.
• Collaborate with the team to drive growth and improve customer success.
• Support inclusive, collaborative team culture.
