Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing all company policies and practices.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to company policy.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations in the absence of store management.
• Supervise loss prevention practices in the absence of management.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
