Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to complete training for Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Recruit, interview, and hire high-caliber employees as needed.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce company policies.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss prevention practices.
• Plan weekly staffing and provide a fun, full-service customer experience.
