Job summary

Journeys in the United States is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management, develop associates, and drive personal and store sales goals. You’ll coach a team, ensure a fun, customer-focused environment, and help implement company policies on a daily basis.

The role offers promotion opportunities, a collaborative team, and a commission/bonus structure. Candidates should enjoy fast-paced retail, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work nights and weekends, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail sales leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to train and develop a successful sales team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide coaching and accountability to staff by enforcing policies.
• Open and close duties per policy.
• Supervise store operations in management’s absence.
• Support loss prevention practices.
• Communicate store needs to management.
• Complete training and assigned tasks on time.
